Jimmy Taylor is a 20+ year HR leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and consultant. Currently he serves as the Executive Director of DallasHR and The HRSouthwest Conference.

Previously he was a Consultant and Partner with BizMultiplier, a company dedicated to providing tools and processes that help organizations grow engaged and effective employees.

He was also founding partner with Novotus, a Texas based Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider three times named the number one mid-market RPO by HRO Today. He is a former member of the Board of Trustee's for DallasHR and has served as State Director for Texas SHRM.

Jimmy uses his experience in recruiting and talent management to help leaders understand, design, change and grow their teams. His passion is helping leaders create an environment where both the enterprise and their people reach their potential!
