In addition, you will gain insights from a seasoned compensation/business consultant, who knows some of the secrets on how to change HR functional silos into collaborative business solution engineers.

1. Attendees will learn how to assess Economic Impact on Total Compensation Cost and be provided with key information on the acquisition of various tools to use for their strategic tool box.
2. Attendees will be provided information on the tenants of creating a strategic dashboard that leverages economic and compensation data to predict talent market trends for better informed decision making.
3. Attendees will be provided a plan that will help their organizations in assessing the economic and business impact of their compensation and talent acquisition strategies to enhance performance.
BIO:
Kevin Cartwright, SHRM-SCP, is Director of Compensation Consulting at Intelligent Compensation LLC. Mr. Cartwright has been with Intelligent Compensation, LLC since 2016. He works on a variety of consulting assignments for clients all over the US, as well as internationally, who are seeking to improve or update their compensation strategies and programs. These assignments include, but are not limited to, Base and Total Case Market Studies, Developing Pay Structures, Executive and Total Compensation Studies, and Historical Compensation Analysis. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Williamson County HR Management Association (WilcoHR) as immediate past president (2024), and he previously served on the Board of Austin SHRM as VP of Emerging Professionals. In this role he assisted the Central Texas Universities and local businesses with improving the professional development of their students and young professionals. Kevin has also been involved with the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) of Austin as a member of their Strategic Partnerships Committee.
In addition to his volunteer affiliations, Mr. Cartwright has presented as a speaker at HR conferences and at SHRM affiliate chapters throughout Texas. Mr. Cartwright earned his B.A. from Same Houston State University.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending his time with his wife and daughter, coaching sports, and working with high school students at his church.
