Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have made major waves in both the business world and the academic world since the beginning of 2022, but their origins go back much further than this. We have utilized machine learning for predicting candidate success, screening resumes, and even automating the scheduling process for quite some time. In this program, we will cover three key aspects of how we understand and utilize A.I. in H.R., including how we hire, develop, and manage our people. You will walk away with an understanding of how to best utilize A.I. technologies to enhance your success in H.R. as well as a list of tools you can explore for your organizations!
